The registration fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions
- Full conference materials
- Welcome drinks reception
- Mid-session refreshments, as scheduled in the conference program and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- Networking barbeque on Thursday evening
- Optional site visit to NIZO factory on Friday morning

A late registration fee of €100 will be charged for standard and author registration fees after 20 June 2011
*The Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status

Cancellation
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by August 8 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by August 22 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after August 22, 2011, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
