Talk Title: Separation of milk protein ingredients
Ulrich Kulozik studied Food Engineering and Technology at TU Munich. He earned his PhD in the field of membrane science and technology with an experimental study on deposit formation on reverse osmosis membranes in milk concentration. His postdoctoral studies, also at TUM, were related to process engineering of continuous lactic acid fermentation in a tubular reactor. After finishing his `habilitation´ he joined Kraft Foods in their Central European R&D group. Since 2000 he is a Professor for Food and Bioprocess Engineering at the TUM at the Freising-Weihenstephan campus. He has published 350 scientific papers, 17 book chapters and about 150 technical reports and conference proceedings.
